The Studio Apartment (2+2)
Private comfort, steps from creativity
A newly built private apartment located in the old barn, right next to the Studio. The apartment features one bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped bathroom with washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with an open living area. The sofa bed allows accommodation for up to four guests.
Ideal for solo stays, couples, or small teams, the apartment allows seamless movement between living space, studio, and on-site pub — all within a few quiet steps.
The East Wing (4+2)
Historic charm with modern comfort
This charming cottage wing, originally built in 1893, has been carefully updated while preserving its character.
On the ground floor you’ll find a welcoming entrance, an open living room with dining area, sofa bed, and TV. A beautiful tiled stove adds warmth and atmosphere. There is also a bathroom with shower, a private sauna, and a fully equipped kitchen. Despite being an old house, it offers both underfloor heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with a total of four beds (90 × 200 cm). The sloped ceilings create a cozy, cabin-like feel.
Outside, a private sun-facing terrace with teak furniture, parasol, and Weber grill invites you to relax and enjoy the calm surroundings.
The Main House (8+)
Classic elegance with a personal touch
Built in traditional Swedish Öland manor-house style, the Main House offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a dining area seating up to 12 guests. Two living/TV areas provide ample space for both socializing and relaxation.
Don’t miss the hidden gem: a secret basement featuring a 19th-century wine cellar.
The house combines country charm with modern comfort, offering a unique and personal atmosphere throughout.
